Employee Spotlight: Cody Phillips

At Picture Perfect Auto Body, we’re proud of our team and the unique talents that each person brings to the table. Today, we want to shine a spotlight on someone truly special—Cody Phillips.

Cody joined our team over seven years ago, at just 20 years old, starting as a janitor. Cody has Asperger's, and while some may view it as a "disorder," we see it as one of his greatest strengths. His incredible attention to detail has not only been a blessing for our business but also for our customers.

Through hard work and dedication, Cody has worked his way up to dismantling cars. His meticulous process ensures that every bolt, nut, and screw is tagged, bagged, and documented. When it’s time to reassemble, there’s never a single piece missing or left over—an impressive testament to his focus and precision.

But Cody's contributions go beyond technical skill. He greets customers with kindness and courtesy, often offering them something to drink, and his consistent reliability is unmatched. He’s never late to work and only takes a day off when he’s truly under the weather.

Cody, thank you for your dedication, attention to detail, and the positivity you bring to our team. You’re more than an employee—you’re family, and we’re lucky to have you.
