I will be installing a speed bump at the entrance to my lot, too many cars are turning around in the lot slinging gravel everywhere, please be mindful when you pull in not to go fast or you will damage your vehicle, there is a sign posted at the entrance so we are not responsible for your vehicle. The drive is not a turn around, so many people are using it as such that it is washing all the gravel away and causing an uneven surface. If people continue to use the lot as a turn around then ill have no choice but to put up a gate. All vehicles caught turning around on the property will be reported to the police as damaging private property as I have done with one car already doing doughnuts in the gravel. My security cameras capture everything, tag numbers, and driver so be mindful, its a shame I even have to post this. With that being said I am diligently working to get more vehicles, I want to get them at a certain price point so people can afford them so bear with me, thank you for taking the time to read!!
