We're ready for the balloon fiesta! Check out this year's poster!
Here it is! The officials poster of the 2026 Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta!
This year's poster features original artwork by Albuquerque painter and muralist Travis Bruce Black.
Black moved to Albuquerque in 2005 to attend the University of New Mexico and has been a full-time artist since 2011. His work can be found in collections across New Mexico, including Albuquerque City Hall, the Albuquerque Convention Center and UNM Hospital. He also co-created the 6,000-square-foot "Mother: Moment" mural in Nob Hill as part of the Route 66 Remixed project in 2025.
The poster, titled Chirp409 Manifiesta, showcases a roadrunner beneath a bright New Mexico sky, surrounded by a colorful flock of hot air balloons in bold geometric patterns inspired by the Southwest.
The annual poster tradition dates back to 1979 and highlights original artwork from renowned artists each year.
Signed and unsigned prints of the 2026 Official Serigraph Poster are available at the Balloon Fiesta Gift Shop on Alameda Boulevard, online and at the Official Balloon Fiesta Merchandise Tent during this year's event.
