I am asking if friends of mine could vote for DLM Southwest Collision as the best collision shop in Albuquerque. We have never asked for votes before, but last year we were in the top 5 and I didn't even realize the voting had started. . So this year I am asking for friends and customers to vote for us. The insurance company told him he had to take it to one of their preferred shops, which is illegal. The customer didn't have a good interaction with the repair shop and asked me to look at it. They did not replace the damaged impact bar, major safety issue, even though the insurance company paid to have it replaced. I purchased a new one and installed it for him and billed his insurance company. You own your car, not the insurance company. You have the right to take it to the repair facility of your choice.
