Moving forward from a few incidents with customers we’ve had this week:

Each and every customer who brings us their vehicle to work on is to read and sign a contract before we can work on your vehicle. Also, a deposit of half the full amount is due at drop off as well.

Again, one customer has to ruin it for everyone.

IMPORTANT CUSTOMER NOTICE:

We have been patient and lenient regarding vehicles being brought to our shop with a dead battery and/or no fuel. However, effective September 1, 2026, we will be enforcing the following policy:

If your vehicle arrives at our shop with a dead battery and/or insufficient fuel to operate the vehicle, a $50 inconvenience fee will be added to your invoice.

This fee applies regardless of the reason the vehicle has a dead battery or no fuel.

If you have questions or concerns regarding this policy, you are welcome to discuss them with us; however, the $50 fee will still be added to your invoice and will be the customer’s responsibility to pay.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work to keep our shop running efficiently and provide the best service possible to all of our customers.
