Building a reputable empire.
Since opening my doors for business back in March 2023, I have serviced 327 customer’s vehicles. This is not including my own, boyfriend’s, dad’s, close family members, etc.
I have over 15+ years of experience. I started cleaning vehicles for my father being a used car salesman for resale back when I was 11 and 12 years old. He taught me the basics to get a vehicle looking half descent for his customers. When I got older I worked for a couple detailing companies not knowing if it’s something I wanted to do or just get by for the time being. I took on other work at a large corporation until I had to throw in the towel because my motherhood duties were more important to me than being another number to a high end company forcing me to become self employed to work around my child’s needs and schedule. To this day, Chelsia Ross Detailing is still up and running strong.
I have many repeat clients as well as many wonderful customers I have gotten to know and build client-based relationships with because of trust, integrity and hard work.
I enjoy meeting new people, turning their vehicle into something they can be proud of again after they feel like giving up on it so they can fall back in love with it to enjoy and make more memories with. I enjoy seeing the reaction on people’s faces when they see how much I go above and beyond for them. I really love what I do and I stand behind my work.
My goal is to service another 173 vehicles making it 500 by the end of 2027 — I hope you folks can help me achieve this hard earned, business goal.
