Meet Jason Lampe | Service Technician

Jason has been part of the Clayton Homes team for 2½ years, helping homeowners settle into their new homes by addressing any issues and making sure everything meets their expectations. With a natural talent for fixing just about anything, Jason takes pride in his work and loves seeing the smiles on homeowners’ faces when their homes are just the way they envisioned. Outside of work, Jason is a sports enthusiast with a competitive streak who enjoys golfing, watching football and NASCAR, and spending time with his girlfriend and their beloved dog, Lulu. TEAM MEMBER SPOTLIGHT✔️

Meet Ken Scott | Service Manager

Ken Scott has been part of the Clayton Homes team for nearly six years, serving as our Service Manager and helping homeowners through one of the most exciting parts of the process—getting their new home ready for move-in.
Ken oversees the home setup process, carefully walks each home to identify and address any concerns, and works closely with both homeowners and the factory to resolve warranty or construction-related items. He takes pride in staying ahead of potential problems, keeping projects organized, and making sure the details are handled so our customers can enjoy the moment they’ve been waiting for: getting the keys to their new home.
What Ken enjoys most about his job is working directly with customers and seeing projects through to completion. For him, a happy homeowner and a job done right are what matter most.
When he’s not taking care of homes for our customers, Ken can usually be found working on home renovation projects of his own, woodworking, camping, or heading to the Oregon Coast for some fishing and crabbing. His ideal meal is Italian food or a good steak, his coffee is hot and uncomplicated, and his favorite places to escape are the coast and Eastern Oregon.
And despite what he might tell you, Ken says there’s one thing people may not know about him: he really is a nice guy—and he absolutely loves his grandkids.

Meet Adam Nicholson | General Manager

Adam Nicholson has been with Clayton Homes since 2020 and serves as our General Manager. He helps families navigate every step of the homebuying journey—from planning and financing to site development, delivery, move-in, and beyond. For Adam, few things are more rewarding than seeing a homeowner’s vision become reality and handing them the keys to a place they can truly call home.
Outside of work, Adam loves spending time with his family, traveling, and attending sporting events. He’s also a fan of live theater, musicals, classical music, and audiobooks. His favorite getaways include Central Oregon and Disneyland, and his dream trip is riding the Orient Express from Paris to Istanbul. At home, he has a nearly 130-pound German Shepherd/Belgian Malinois/Malamute mix named Reser—who still considers himself a lap dog.
