After more than five years, we are saying goodbye to someone who has become so much more than a coworker. Becca has been an incredible part of our finance team, but more importantly, she has been a huge part of what makes Albany Chrysler Center feel like family.
If you know Becca, you know she's never been someone to say, "That's not my job." Need someone to learn how to be a service advisor because we're short-staffed? Becca's there. Need help with advertising? She's on it. Need an extra set of hands for a parade float, car show, or whatever crazy idea we've come up with next? You can bet Becca is right in the middle of it.
And that's just scratching the surface.
People like Becca are the reason small, family-owned businesses like ours can do what we do. They're the people who show up, figure things out, and step in wherever they're needed. Not because they have to, but because they genuinely care.
A few years ago, Amy and our former employee Brittany welcomed babies just one week apart. For a small business, having two key team members gone at the same time is no small challenge. But Becca? She didn't miss a beat. She rolled up her sleeves, took on more than her fair share, worked the long hours, and helped keep everything moving forward. She never hesitated, never complained, and never made us feel like we had to worry.
That's the kind of person Becca is. And that's the kind of person you never forget.
Becca, thank you. Thank you for the years you've given us, the sacrifices you've made, the challenges you've taken on, and most importantly, for caring about this business and the people in it as if they were your own family.
We hope this next adventure brings you everything you're hoping for and so much more. You deserve nothing but the absolute best. ❤️
And to Becca's new employer… you better take good care of her! You're getting one of the good ones. 😉 We love you, Becca! You'll always be part of the Albany Chrysler family. ❤️
