**This is what makes me so proud of the team we’re continually building at Crabtree.**
Tuesday at lunch, I walked into our break room and found one of our ASE Master Technicians using his lunch break to help three of our younger technicians study for their upcoming ASE tests.
Nobody asked him to. There wasn’t a meeting scheduled. This is simply what our team does.
We have 292 years of combined automotive experience under one roof—162 years with our technicians and another 130 years in service and parts.
But this picture means more to me than that number ever could.
We’ve built a culture where knowledge gets passed down, training never stops, and our people genuinely push each other to get better.
And that relentless drive to improve has a purpose: to take better care of our customers.
Better training. Better testing. Better decisions. Better information for the people trusting us with their vehicles.
I’m incredibly proud of this team—not just for what they already know, but for how committed they are to becoming even better.
