Hey guys just wanna check in and touch base with some of y’all about our thoughts on walk-ins and appointments. We have always done walk-ins since the beginning it was something we were always going to do and will continue to do in time but we have had so much going on in the past month that we are just overwhelmed with everything and we’ve not had time to catch up with some vehicles. Tyler has spent a lot of hours at the shop trying to knock it all out but only one man can do so much. (Not that you’d ever hear that come out of his mouth, he never stops and the enthusiasm he has is greater than I’ve ever seen in anyone else BUT there’s still things we need to get done and get out of the way) we have decided that if any way possible we would like to try an appointment system with our customers and see how things go. Of course an emergency is an emergency and he will most definitely get to that as a walk-in. We do hope this works for the time being so we are able to get caught up on some things and get some vehicles moved out from the shop. We apologize for any inconveniences or delays, we appreciate your business as always but most importantly your consideration and your patience with us. With that being said if you need your vehicle worked on we would appreciate it so much if you could call the shop @ 6063877592 or come by during our business hours to schedule you in at an appropriate time for you as well. We look forward to doing business with each and every one of you, without our community and everyone’s support and business we have nothing so we care about your thoughts and opinions and would love to hear any suggestions you may have. Besides ; Support & trust are the two main factors that keep our business afloat along with every one of you.
