Tech is responsible
—reading the job order, assessing and analyzing the damage areas to prep for paint

—prepare the correct formula to ensure proper paint match

—keep work area clean at all times

Qualifications:

Must have previous painting experience
Must have own tools
Must have professional references
Regularly able to stand, walk, reach, stoop, kneel, clim
Must communicate with the team
Must pass a drug screening

Tech is responsible for:

—reading and following work order
—remove upholstery, accessories, electrical units, and trim to gain access to damaged-area
—may need to hammer, pull out/fill dents, weld, replace body parts such as fenders, hoods, doors, bedsides, quarter panel, ect
—able to operate a variety of hand and power tools (welder, cutting torch, hammers, wrench’s, sanders)
—must be able to file, grind, and sand repair surfaces with sand paper before turning work over to paint

Qualifications:
—Must have previous experience with reference’s
—Must have own tools
—Must have professional references
-Must be able to walk, stand, sit, kneel, climb regularly
—Must be able to communicate with team
—Must pass a drug screening

This is NOT a clean office job! There is a lot of dust and dirt!

- Estimator is responsible for answering phones and E-mails
-Estimate auto repair damage for repair or replacement
-Explain estimate to customers
-Take photos of vehicle damage for insurance
-Provide auto techs with work orders
-Order parts
-Work with various part vendors
-Schedule vehicles
-Help sweep shop
-Help throw shop trashes
-other tasks asked by Management

Qualifications
-Polite and courteous
-Great communicator
-Detail oriented
-Wanting to learn auto body work
-Being okay with getting dusty
-Must pass drug test
