Last week was FULL. 🙌🏼

Full of work. Full of amazing customers. Full of vehicles. Full of long days. And yes… one EXTREMELY challenging situation that had us questioning our sanity for a minute. 😂😅

But at the end of the week, we wouldn’t trade the craziness.

⚠️ IMPORTANT CLARIFICATION REGARDING THIS HEADLINE

I want to clarify this article because the headline stating that the charges against Tammy Hale have been “dismissed” may understandably lead people to believe that this matter is over.

That is NOT my understanding of where this investigation currently stands.

Based on the information that has been communicated to us, the dismissal of these particular charges does not mean that the overall matter has ended. We have been advised that the case is moving forward through the process of seeking a grand jury indictment, as the investigation now involves multiple individuals who have reported similar experiences involving Tammy Hale and Hale Accounting and Bookkeeping LLC.

A dismissal of the current charges should therefore not be interpreted as a determination that the underlying allegations were unfounded or that the investigation has concluded.

If you believe you have been financially harmed or victimized through services provided by Tammy Hale or Hale Accounting and Bookkeeping LLC, I strongly encourage you to contact the appropriate law-enforcement authorities and the District Attorney’s Office in Alamogordo and provide whatever documentation you have.

There is also a victim advocate assigned to this matter who may be able to assist individuals involved in the case.

Please preserve your:
• Emails and text messages
• Contracts or engagement letters
• Bank statements and proof of payments
• Tax documents and notices
• IRS or State correspondence
• Any other documentation supporting your experience

We’ve been a little quiet on Facebook lately… and for a good reason! 😊

It’s been absolutely nonstop at Oscar’s Tinting Shop.
