2015 Chevrolet suburban (DOD Lifter Failed)

Customer was quoted $9800 on a used engine from another local shop here in Alabaster. Our plan originally was just to do a full Displacement on Demand removal. Upon further tear down, we had cam bearing issues due to metal contamination. After we worked thru the kinks with the customer with the parts and timing. Our staff rebuilt it in house from top to bottom. No more displacement on demand 💩. After tuning with HP Tuners, he is still in it $1500 cheaper than a used motor. We have now retained a life long customer.

2017 Chevrolet 3500 (random stalling)

This customer was referred to us by another shop that couldn’t narrow down the issue and gave them our number. It took us a couple days of strategic checks and can bus test to narrow down what part of the truck it was in. The truck would randomly shut off.
We found the 4 wires that had been corroded, made the correct repair, then loomed the harness to look factory.

The the time has come for a week long vacation. Thank you guys for the years of support. We apologize for any inconveniences. We haven’t had a full week off in 8 years, time to spend sometime with our families.

We have one guy that is still booking appointments and for emergencies like towing. Jason will not be back until 4/20/2026. Once again thank you guys and we will see you soon refreshed and ready to serve you again.

A customer encountered a significant issue while traveling for vacation with their 2023 Ford F250 Tremor. Unfortunately, they mistakenly put gasoline in the tank instead of diesel, a critical error for any diesel vehicle owner. Fortunately, they did not start the engine or turn the key, which prevented further damage. We took prompt action, dropping the tank, replacing the lift pump and filters, and disposing of the contaminated fuel. The customer was able to safely return home for the holidays.
