Always remember to grease and inspect the chassis during service. This unit had sustained significant damage, having compromised the yoke on the driveshaft. Consequently, the shaft required a complete rebuild, and both output, input yokes and seals had to be replaced.

Hydrocarbon absorption fault. We found that one of the filters were cracked. The temp sensor pulled threads from b**g so we took care of that, installed new filters and sensor.

3 to 1 splice. No corrosion showing, other two relays on circuit working. Always load test, was reading 12v. on pin to coil with good ground but would not latch the relay.
