Traffic Collision on 371...west of motor cycle tracks...a small 4 Dr sedan with Disabled plates, pointing downhill (west) on the North shoulder...right front damage...left front on vehicle slightly in the traffic lane. A honda Ridgeline?? Blocking the East bound traffic lane..with drivers side damage . No Ambulance, or CHP, or firetruck seen anywhere, or in route. Stopped at the fire station and reported it. They did not receive a call .there on it .. hope everyone is ok
