Suloff's Has been known for prompt towing service for almost 30 years, since Fred Suloff started the business. His son Mark continued to run the company until August of 2013, when he sold the business. I (Shawn Nelson) worked for Mark for almost 13 years, Both driving the tow trucks and in the repair shop. AAA update. For all of our AAA customers. We have had 3 years of negotiations and several lies and underhanded maneuvers by AAA. We have been left with no choice but to cancel our contract with AAA. We have always had some of the highest customer satisfaction rates with AAA. We strive to take care of all of our customers. AAA claims that is what is most important to them. However they have proven that cutting costs is more important to them. They will not agree to rates that will allow us to be profitable. I apologize to our AAA customers for the inconvenience this may cause them. If in the future AAA is unable to provide you with service within a reasonable time, please reach out to us. We can still provide you with service. However you may have to pay us and submit the receipt to AAA for reimbursement. Or you can try to get AAA to pay us directly with a card, but I can’t guarantee they will agree to that. It is unfortunate that it has come to this, after many years of running AAA calls. However I cannot continue doing these calls at a loss.
