We’re looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to join our Sail Grand Dock Crew located inside Shangri-La Marina.

This is a great summer job for someone who enjoys being outdoors, working around boats, and being part of a fun, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include:
• Assisting customers with boat check-in and check-out
• Cleaning and preparing boats for the next rental
• Helping with docking and basic boat handling
• Providing excellent customer service
• General dock and marina upkeep

Requirements:
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Reliable and punctual
• Comfortable working outdoors in summer heat
• Weekend and Holiday availability required
• Boating experience is a plus, but not required
