The best of the best? Many consider the second generation of Corvettes the best. They’re known as C2’s in Corvette world. The C2 ran from 1963 through 1967. The 1967 model is widely considered the best as it’s the most refined and offers some distinct features not seen on earlier cars. Here we offer a gorgeous roadster from the model year, 1967. Featuring another must have for enthusiasts, a factory four speed manual transmission.

Finished in its factory shade of Goodwood Green, it sports a matching dark green bucket seat interior. Under the hood is its original numbers (VIN stamped) 327 V8 engine. An older, mild restoration with lots of the cars originality still present. Factory side pipes and a white soft top presents the perfect, classic sports car. An extremely turn key car that can be driven regularly with complete confidence.

April 17th 1964 was a very important date for both Lee Iacocca and Ford Motor Company. That’s the date the Ford Mustang was introduced to the world, literally. Ford decided the New York Worlds Fair would be the perfect backdrop to introduce its new, four seat sports car. The brainchild of Lee Iacocca, a Ford executive at the time. The pony car revolution was born. A staggering 22,000 units sold THE FIRST DAY and just over 418,000 sold in the first year! The model is still alive and well today and continues the tradition.

Here we have one of the firsts, it’s what is considered the 64 1/2 model yet Ford called them 65’s from the start. Collectors and enthusiasts know the early cars (April-Aug 1964) as 64 1/2’s. Subtle differences are what distinguish the 64.5’s. Like a non adjustable passenger seat. A generator vs an alternator (Although this one has been upgraded). Different engine choices, ect.

Our offering is a beautiful, period example in Wimbledon White with a striking and contrasting lipstick red bucket seat interior. A white power convertible top rounds it off nicely. A fairly basic car when new with the standard 170 straight six borrowed from the Falcon model and a Cruise O Matic transmission. No power steering or A/C. Zero to 60 in three days but who cares? This car is a cruiser, not a racer and you’ll look like a million bucks cruising the right lane. A fully restored car, done by a Ford dealership to display in their showroom. This car hasn’t seen a hint of bad weather since its resto. An extremely turn key, no drama, no projects car. Oh yeah, An American icon too.

Offered at $25,900. You can’t restore one for close to that.

For 1962, Cadillac described their Series 62 model as ‘The Masterwork Of The Motoring Age’ and apparently thats all John Nesbitt from Wellesley Hills Massachusetts needed to hear. You see, John was a successful realtor in the area and needed a car to fit the bill. Escorting his clients in class and luxury. After all, to be successful, one must exude success. The famed local Cadillac dealership, Peter Fuller Motors of downtown Boston had just the car and John made his decision.

The Nesbitt’s held onto this hardtop for decades, as it was a sign of John’s successes in life. Keeping it in original condition. The second caretaker knew if this car his entire life because as a child, he was John’s neighbor. He then did some mechanical upgrades to bring the car back to roadworthy condition as it had been in storage for many years. A third caretaker took possession about 10 years ago and was used as a fun, Cape Cod cruiser. A regular at the Wellfleet Drive-In and local beaches. A summertime toy. It’s now looking for its fourth caretaker thanks to OCG.

Extremely turn key. Very reliable and safe. A really nice driving, drama free car. Power windows all around and a cool WonderBar radio with floor mounted station changer. Even a working power antenna. A 390 V8 under the hood and a Turbo 350 automatic transmission replaced the original Hydramatic. A fantastic entry level car for the emerging hobbyist that won’t break the bank.

The full size American luxury sedan seems to have gone the way of the cassette deck. Virtually extinct. Here we have a beautiful example of one of the very last, the Lincoln Town Car from the year 1999.

Purchased mostly by the retired and livery crowds, few nice examples remain. Super low mileage, pristine examples can fetch big money as the cars have seemingly grown to a collectible status in many ways. This Signature Series slick top I wouldn’t consider quite that but certainly something to be proud of and a bargain for anyone looking to dip their toes into the old school luxury pool.

This is a super clean, three owner vehicle with its first owner holding onto it for over 20 years. That’s love. Beautiful original and recently reconditioned Ebony Black paint with a nice contrasting dark gray lower cladding. Very nicely equipped, including a power glass moonroof and heated dove gray leather seats. Everything works as it should and has been fully serviced, including new ball joints with alignment. This car is a joy to drive. The odometer reads 96,390 on the miles.

Barbara Jean was a lucky lady. Balancing her time between her home town in Racine Wisconsin and Boca Raton Florida where she would spend the winter months. On March 9th, 2012 she walked into Delray Motors and purchased for herself this brand new 2012 Chrysler 200 Limited hardtop convertible. This would remain at her condominium garage for her use while in Florida.

We are now the current caretakers of her beloved convertible. An absolute stunning color combination of crystal blue pearl and that delicious, vanilla pearl and black leather interior. I’ve never seen another quite like it. A fully equipped Limited model and everything works. Full power options, Boston Acoustics sound, cold air conditioning and remote start. The power retractable hardtop works as designed and even allows you to open the roof from the key FOB. A cool Chrysler accessory windscreen too. I’ve never seen one before. A 3.6 V6 under the hood. No four banger here.

Religiously serviced yearly at the selling dealer in Delray, all maintenance is current and up to date. We just performed a full checkup and synthetic oil and filter change.

I very often get random calls from random people looking for a specific, random car. Most times I’m unable to assist as there is such a wide variety of interests and wants when it comes to cars.

Well, last week that changed. A YouTube subscriber called and asked if I possibly ever came across a late 80’s Lebaron convertible with a five speed manual transmission and turbocharged engine. If you know your Lebaron’s you know that’s a tall order but guess what, I had JUST the day before taken one in with that very spec! I hadn’t even fully inspected or priced it yet. About two hours later we had a deal done and the car was on its way. Just as he ordered. Sometimes, ya just never know……
