After 42 years at Arrow, Gilbert is turning the page on a new chapter—one filled with something even more important: time with his grandbabies. ❤️

Following in his father’s footsteps, Gilbert became a true part of the Arrow family. He’s worn many hats throughout the years, but the Body Shop Manager role was always home.

Gilbert, thank you for 42 years of dedication, hard work, and doing it well. Your impact on Arrow runs deep, and while we’ll miss seeing you around here, we’re so happy for you and the memories you’re about to make with your grandbabies.
