You can’t judge a book by its cover.
A customer hired an electrician to replace some capacitors but was still having trouble with the fan starting. After some head scratching and troubleshooting, Justin determined that the new capacitors were the issue. The one on the left is US made, compared to the two problem capacitors on the right, which were foreign made.
Although they appear identical on the outside, the low-quality bargain capacitors on the right cannot reliably deal with the stress of starting a heavy load.
Better parts equals less downtime and happy customers.
