We ensure the safest way of towing your vehicle to minimize or eliminate further damage to it. If your vehicle cannot be started after attempting any of the services described above, or because of an accident or when in the service facility’s judgement the vehicle cannot be placed in a safe driving condition, it will be towed to the responding or nearest OK2 service facility at no charge. (In the case of an accident, the member should request the police to call OK2 to dispatch tow service.) Towing service is for roadside assistance emergencies only and may not be used to transport previously disabled vehicles. Only one tow per disablement is permitted.

In case it is only the battery that is low, we will come to you either with a new battery (to be billed) or equipment to recharge your old one. The OK2 Battery Service will test, boost and, if necessary, replace and install a new battery at a special member rate right on the spot.

This is one of those avoidable situations but being human as we are, it still occurs more often than desired. It is both embarrassing and inconvenient and only OK2 will save you when it happens. Calling our line will guarantee that you will be rescued in ample time and safely. If you ably identify your problem as shortage of fuel, one of our standby trucks will deliver to you sufficient fuel to take you to your nearest refill or 3 litres max. Additional fuel is available at request and current pump price cost.
