Great for wildlife, great for birding and great for self-drive.

One of our guests recently recorded 61 bird species within the grounds of MRL.

Among them the spotted flycatcher, spur-winged lapwing, spotted palm thrush and cardinal woodpecker. 'I was very impressed by the bird life! It's great that you maintain the natural habitat around camp and as a result there is a big diversity of birds to be seen.'

Please ask for a copy of the list when you arrive at the lodge and see if you can add to it.
