Торт "Прага"
Супер простой, супер вкусный, супер шоколадный!
Ингредиенты:
Тесто:
0.5 ст.сахара
2 яйца
200 гр.сметаны (15-20 %)
1/2 банки сгущенного молока
50 гр.темного шоколада (75 % какао(я брала "Бабаевский Люкс" или "Бабаевкий Элитный"))
3 ст.л.какао
1 ст.муки
1.ч.л. разрыхлителя, ванилин
Приготовление:
Яйца с сахаром взбить в пену, добавить сметану, сгущенное молоко, растопленный на водяной бане шоколад и какао. Еще раз взбить. Муку, разрыхлитель и ванилин смешать, просеять. Добавить в тесто и перемешать ложкой (не миксером). Выпечь 4 коржа или (у меня прямоугольная форма, я выпекаю один и разрезаю его на 4).
Крем-глазурь:
100 гр.сливочного масла
1/2 банки сгущенного молока
50 гр.темного шоколада (половину той плитки, которую использовали в тесто)
Масло размягчить до комнатной температуры, добавить сгущенное молоко и растопленный на водяной бане шоколад. Взбить все при помощи миксера. Получиться кремообразная блестящая глазурь.
Сироп для коржей:
3 ч.л.с горкой растворимого кофе
3.ч.л. сахара
1/2 ст.кипятка (или горячей кипяченой воды)
1.ч.л. коньяка (по желанию)
Перемешать, чтобы все ингредиенты растворились.
Теперь собираем тортик. Каждый корж пропитываем сиропом и промазываем кремом-глазурью. Сверху весь торт тоже обмазываем глазурью и ставим в холодильник (желательно на ночь). Можно украсить грецкими орехами. Готово!
