Haven't touched Harleys in a while. We found out that one of our customer changed his air filter before. The previous mechanic forgot to install the air filter gaskets which resulted in secondary air injection failure, unburnt fuel were inside the exhaust and caused oil leaks on the bike. We cleaned up the mess and installed new gaskets and bolts on it. These kind of mistakes won't happen over here in Casco, we make sure every bit of your bike is checked thoroughly and ready to go.

We know your motorcycle is a valuable asset and we promise to treat it as if it were our own. This is why maintenance service in Casco requires you to reserve beforehand and leaving the bike to us. We treat every bike with precision and care, we also provide detailed maintenance work orders for every bike that comes in here, that way we make sure that all repairs are documented correctly and carefully.

Usually changing brake pads should be a simple task, but in Casco it might take up to a hour to do so. We do things a bit different here, we make sure it's fully cleaned and lubricated before installing new pads, and brake pistons are checked thoroughly to prevent any potential issues while braking. You may find other repair shops that do things faster than us, but here we make sure every bike that leaves our shop are in a perfect condition to ride.
