今天，Old Timer迎來了兩位我一直很欣賞的人
Ted Gushue 與 Arthur Parkhouse
第一次認識Ted，是透過他的作品
第一次接觸 Type 7 與 ERG Media
也是因為那些影像與文字
一直以來
我很欣賞他們記錄Porsche文化的方式
他們很少把焦點放在性能或規格
而是將光線、空間、建築、材質、人
以及時間留下的痕跡，一起放進每一個故事裡
也因為如此，每次看他們的作品
都像是在翻閱一本設計與生活風格雜誌
而不只是一本關於汽車的刊物
這樣的視角，也讓我重新思考攝影
以及Old Timer想呈現的樣子
今天，看著Ted走進Old Timer
有一種很特別的感覺
曾經透過作品認識的人
如今走進了自己一路打造的空間
那一刻，比任何文字都來得真實
也謝謝Arthur
這是你第二次來到Old Timer
謝謝你的信任，也謝謝你一路促成這次的相遇

Today, Old Timer welcomed two people I’ve admired for a long time—Ted Gushue and Arthur.
I first discovered Ted through his work, and my introduction to Type 7 and ERG Media came through the stories they tell with words and photographs.
I’ve always admired the way they document Porsche culture.
Rather than focusing on performance or specifications, they tell stories through light, space, architecture, materials, people, and the traces that time leaves behind.
That’s why their work has always felt more like a design and lifestyle journal than an automotive publication.
That perspective has influenced the way I see photography, and the vision I have for Old Timer.
Seeing Ted walk into Old Timer today was a special moment.
Someone I had known through his work was suddenly standing inside a place that began as an idea and slowly became reality.
And thank you, Arthur.
This was your second visit to Old Timer. Thank you for your trust, and for making this visit possible. Because of you, Ted had the chance to discover Old Timer, and the story of this place now has the opportunity to be seen by Type 7.
