魚頭鍋：使用完全無污的曾文水庫/松魚，因為是水庫魚，所以肉質更細緻鮮甜！野生放養4年以上的松魚，每一隻魚重達3公斤以上，膠質最多！湯頭使用龍骨熬煮8小時，白湯香溢濃郁！最後在魚頭鍋淋上高酒精的白酒，點火後讓魚肉、醬汁、高湯完全融合，提味昇華！

酸菜魚鍋：秘制老罈酸菜，魚肉鮮美、酸菜爽脆，菊花退火降熱；湯頭使用龍骨，熬煮8小時的龍骨湯，香溢濃郁！最後再品嚐吸附滿湯汁的酸辣粉！
