114年度勞保紓困貸款即將開辦囉！
⏰申請期間👉113/12/26(四)至114/1/10(五)止。

🔹申請資格(需同時符合)
✅生活困難需要紓困。
✅參加勞工保險年資滿15年（計算至114年1月10日止）。
✅無欠繳勞工保險費及滯納金。
✅未曾借貸勞保紓困貸款，或曾借貸已繳清貸款本金及利息。
⚠️已請領老年給付、終身無工作能力之失能給付或向其所屬機關請領勞工保險補償金者，不得申請。
💰貸款額度:每一位被保險人最高貸款金額10萬元。

🔹申請方式：向土地銀行申請
👉網路申請(https://oi.landbank.com.tw/labor)。
👉向土地銀行所屬分行(https://www.landbank.com.tw)臨櫃或郵遞申請。

凡符合土地銀行所定之網路簽約及對保資格者，可透過網路申請，直接辦理網路簽約及對保，不須親自至土地銀行櫃台辦理。

提醒您！本貸款還款方式是於撥款後次月，由土地銀行帳戶按月扣款，如契約到期後有未清償之貸款本息，請於有能力時及早償還，避免保險事故發生時，因扣減保險給付，致影響經濟生活。

已經領取勞保老年給付，沒有在工作，是否可以參加國民年金保險，須依請領勞保老年給付的時間點、年資及金額判斷。

☝️如於112年9月30日前一次領取勞保老年給付(沒有領軍保退伍給付及公教保養老給付)，領取年資未達15年，或領取金額小於50萬元時，如符合國民年金納保規定，仍須納入國保並繳納保險費。反之，領取的年資達15年且領取金額達50萬元的人，即使年齡未滿65歲，也不能再參加國民年金保險。

✌️如112年10月1日以後一次領取勞保老年給付，則不論領取的年資或金額，都不得再參加國民年金保險。

為增進遭遇職業傷病被保險人醫療給付權益，自111年5月1日「勞工職業災害保險及保護法」施行後，被保險人因職業傷病及其引起的疾病就醫，經全民健保特約醫院或診所醫師認定有醫療上需要，選用全民健康保險法規定的自付差額特殊材料品項者，可先墊付自付差額後，再向勞保局申請核退差額費用。

With Effect from May 1, 2022, Workers Covered by Occupational Accident Insurance May Claim Reimbursement of the Partial Out-of-Pocket Payment against the Difference of Special Material.
If due to injury/sickness caused by occupational reasons, the insured person is identified as having medical needs by the physicians in the NHI hospitals or clinics and such insured person selects special materials and items specified in the National Health Insurance Act, he/she may, after settled the partial out-of-pocket payment, apply to the BLI for the reimbursement of such payment. This took effect on May 1, 2022, the implementation date of the Labor Occupational Accident Insurance and Protection Act. It will provide further protection to the rights and interests of the workers suffering from occupational injury/sickness.

配合財政部電子化作業，勞保局已將112年度勞、就、職、國保保險費繳費資料傳送財政部，民眾報稅時可免附保險費之繳費證明。

若您仍有繳費證明需要，以下多元管道可以申請！
⭐勞、就、職保繳費證明可向投保單位索取。國保繳費證明可持自然人憑證至統一超商ibon列印(列印費用需自付)。
⭐登入勞保局e化服務系統「個人申報及查詢」線上查詢列印。

南投縣一年一度勞工運動大會，在南投高中盛大展開，今年總共有29個職業工會以及事業單位，超過上千位勞工朋友共同參與響應，不管是拔河或是趣味競賽，現場是充滿熱鬧的加油聲，縣政府以及縣總工會，也希望藉著運動會....

如果遭遇職業傷病，需要住院或門診，如何取得職業傷病醫療書單？

被保險人遭遇職業傷病有住院或門診治療需要時，
投保單位或被保險人可至勞保局網站下載職業傷病門診單或住院申請書📝

經由投保單位蓋章證明後，
被保險人可持至全民健康保險特約醫院或診所就醫，免繳健保規定的部分負擔醫療費用，及享有職業傷病住院膳食費30日內之補助；如投保單位未能及時填發，請於就醫時聲明為「職災勞工」身分，並於該次就醫之日起10日內（不含例假日）或出院前向原就醫之醫院或診所補送職業傷病醫療書單，可立即退還上述自墊之費用哦！

If you've had a work-related injury or illness and need hospitalization or outpatient care, how do you get the occupational injury /sickness medical treatment forms?

We've got you covered!

When an insured person faces a work-related injury or illness that requires hospitalization or outpatient treatment, the employer or the insured person can visit the Bureau of Labor Insurance's website to download the Occupational Injury and Illness Outpatient Form or Hospitalization Application Form 📝.

Once it's stamped and verified by the employer, the insured person can take it to a National Health Insurance contracted hospital or clinic. You won't have to pay for the partial out-of-pocket medical expenses stipulated by the National Health Insurance Act, and may get the subsidy for hospital meals expenses for occupational injuries and diseases in 30 days. If the employer can't verify it in time, just declare that you are covered by labor occupational accident insurance during your medical visit and send the occupational injury and illness forms to the original hospital or clinic within 10 days (excluding weekends and holidays) from your visit or before you're discharged. You'll get an immediate reimbursement for the expenses you covered upfront!
