BMG: Sounds like a dead 12volts but qe will have to test it to confirm......thanks to TOPDON USA we were able to test the 12volts battery and confirm it needed to be replaced

Nissan E12 Note

Customer Complaint:
Customer said whenever vehicle was at a standstill the dashboard and rear view mirror would vibrate violently.

Diagnoses:
Did a suspension check and found a defective transmission mount

Conclusion:
Customer wanted all mounts replaced!

Toyota Aqua Water Pump Replaced

Customer Complaint:
Customer said check engine light on and would like the problem rectified

Diagnoses:
✅️scan and got trouble code for engine water pump.
✅️did checks at the pump (power, ground and signal all present)
✅️confirm that pump wasn't spinning s fast as it should
❌️call pump as defective

Conclusion:
Customer wanted completed pump replaced as the impeller was replaced already.
✅️ new water pump installed, coolant system bled. No more codes and new water pump spins at the same rpm as commanded

Nissan Note E12 Super Charger

Customer Complaint:
when crossing 60km car will lose power, radio will cut off, can only operate 1 window at a time also check engine light is on! BMG COULD YOU SCAN THE VEHICLE FOR ME PLEASE!

Diagnoses:
As per the customer request we scanned the vehicle and got a code P0039 TC/SC BYPASS VALVE. We advise the customer that the code doesn't explain the symptoms that's she she getting and a code is not a part number and that we should drive deeper and she agreed.

All the symptoms pointed to the electrical system and what's the first your do????? Yes check the battery, yes you can see the battery voltage on the scan tool but that's not the actual health of the battery but moreso the battery potential voltage (topic of another time)

As can see in the photos the battery did test bad and when doing a visual inspection of the battery you can see the battery is swollen and leaking battery fluid.

SYNOPSIS:
The battery is still under warranty as it was only purchased January of this year! We also did test the Alternator and the rest of the charging system and all was well.

Battery was replaced and all symptoms went away!
