The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership across Human Resources, HSE and ICT, while driving initiatives in organizational development, performance management, succession planning, training and employee support.

📌 Key Requirements:
• MBA with HR specialization, MSc in HRM or higher
• BSc in Social Sciences with a major in Human Resource Management & Labour Relations and/or Psychology
• Minimum 5 years’ senior-level experience in Human Resource Management and Labour Relations
• Working knowledge of relevant local labour legislation
• Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Word and PowerPoint
