I have been installing LED lights in projectors for years now.

The lights normally appear a little dimmer than normal when you watch them head on, ESPECIALLY when you're close up to it.
That's by design. They're designed to show the brightness ON THE ROAD!

I believe firmly that he is of the "LEDs mUsT bLInd oThER DRiveRs" camp, because that is a REALLY stupid observation by that second cop.

I am glad you taking this case forward.
Hell, I wish the PCA coulda look into this crap too!
