✅All manufacturers gives 3 years or 100.000km warranty on all (NEW) OEM batteries directly from Japan. There are some suppliers that sells original (NEW) OEM batteries directly from Japan and provides warranty even through the manufacturer is not able to giving warranty (so them say) so ALL EXPENSES would be on the supplier and pricing would vary. As a result of this it guarantees customer satisfaction.
❌If you are getting less then 3 years warranty on a (NEW) OEM battery it's a cheap low grade more likely (Grade C) that only comes from china looks the same but not in proformance. The ONLY company that I know gives 2 years warranty with unlimited mileage is NEXCELL.
❌If someone is giving you a foreign used recondition hybrid battery with 1/2 years warranty it's because its less then 80% life expectancy before it was shipped and sitting there for months plus it takes some more months to arrive in trinidad. (Note: NEW hybrid batteries cannot be rest down or not in use for longer than 2/3 months) After receiving it from china or japan it is then put on a charger and boom full 100% life expectancy. It only will last for 1 time use to show the customer it is 100%+ life expectancy but after 2/4 day of driving scan it back and let me know what percentage it's at, I have seen batteries that last less then 1 year, Local used worst yet that is a different topic.

✅ NEXCELL LITHIUM is made in china NOT in USA only SHIPPED! Prices vary depending on there web site. When i purchase shipping and handling was $10,430tt when them first came out years now! Toyota continues to stay the course with nickel-metal hydride battery cells for many of its hybrid vehicles, Even though most other hybrid vehicles from other brands have moved on to using lithium-ion cells exclusively. I've been using nexcell lithium on customers vehicles little over 2 years, When the prices was $2,000usd, $1,600usd, $1,800usd and now is $1,841.07usd plus you have to pay additional $160+usd for them to ship it for you and you still have to pay when it arrived in customs, The cost back then was $11,430tt which includes shipping and handling, Installation wasn't included...
🔴I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS TYPE LITHIUM why? We was the first to bring them into the country from day one, We had to do our own testing and comparison/compare with other types because the so call owner (Aka JACKA # #) has no information and can't stand by his product or give us any additional information on what he is selling (buying cat in bag) Anyone that placed an order in trinidad and tobago we would be inform by supplier, There are 7th prototype of hybrid batteries over the years we have have them all, Only the 6th/7th prototype was available to the world when Jack opened up in america includeing trinidad and tobago so it was new to others, Product quality is getting poorly over the years (aka) JACK been trying to get it right but never did, We have a special group with him, guys that actually came up with the details (LLC) and hybrid tech for JACK to develop, I keep track of all my work, One day in the group talks been circling and I also had some problems with JACK and posted back everything that I mentioned to him which went unanswered so I made it public in the group, His app is off by (.68v) among some other things like his lithium this is NOT really real lithium, I have lithium batteries that I get 6/9 years warranty from other manufacturers and did maintain that voltage/capacity, Jack why warranty is 2 years on lithium while other manufacturers giving us 5/8 years warranty and can last 10/15 years, Also any aftermarket batteries 3 years plus this is manufactured in china same company that I buy car audio batteries, So I posted a PDF of everything even test results over the years, The original (oem) is better then nexcell, Aftermarket (steel prismatic) is better then the both...

🔴NOTE: Steel prismatic are only produced and made only in RUSSIA!.. China/Japan among other countries buys material to manufacture for themselves, I know 93% of people don't know much so please do your research! It has anther company also that has the same supplier as us, So quality is at grade (A) when buying directly and takes 8/10 days to manufacture before being shipped to me. So it's NO rest down thing OR parked down waiting on seller's to ship them and not knowing how long it was parked down...
✅ORDERING PROCEDURES
For the Cylindrical cells, Toyota original cells or Steel Prismatic cells 50% down payment is required to book production and after ship, Then, another 50% is required (2) two weeks after first payment was made to clear all outstanding payments for the cells, shipping, handling, customs and other taxes or full-payment. The process usually takes 10-20 days for production and it takes 15-25 days for shipment and arrival. This process is easier to purchase cells, as you are paying by parts.
🔴NOTE: The remaining payment must be made within 14 days from the date of payment...
✅When you purchase any hybrid battery pack I DO NOT recommend installing it straight out the box. Proper way is to discharge, change and balance before installing. Our hybrid batteries are new NO rest down thing or stored in shelves plus it's airfreight and yes we paid more for that...Please excuse the last message in comment section.
✅All Services, Maintenance, Reconditioning, Repairs, Replacement Or Installation On New/Used/Refurbished/Local Used Hybrid Batteries, This Is What Expected To Be Done - Scanning/Clearing Codes Together With A life Expectancy Test When Completed, Battery Capacity Test, Balancing/Discharging/Charging Of Hybrid Battery/Modules, Rotation Of Modules, Cleaning/Dismantling/Polishing Of Bus Bars, Terminals, Nuts/Bolts, Air Vents, Hybrid Battery Cooling Fan, Hybrid Battery Casing, Testing Electronic Parts, Vacuuming/Cleaning Inside Of Your Vehicle Before Reinstalling Ect...To Maintain Your Warranty, You The Customer Need To Scheduled An Appointment (1) One Week Before Every (6) Six Months (Not After) Or (A Day Before) For Warranty To Be Valid For A Inspection Check-Up Such As Cleaning Hybrid Battery Cooling Fan, Battery Health Check, Full Diagnostic scanning, Properly monitor And Inspect Of Security Stickers Ect... Failure To Do So Warranty Will Be Avoided, Other Services/Maintenance On Hybrid Battery Is At An Additional Cost Which Is (Recommended)...
