Client complaint: “EPower System Malfunction” warning displayed on the dashboard.

Following a thorough inspection by our Technician, the spark plugs were found to be moist, while the EGR Valve was stuck. A Vehicle Diagnostic Scan was then performed, which identified a misfire on Cylinder 3.

Through careful diagnosis and systematic troubleshooting, our Technician was able to narrow down the source of the issue and determine the appropriate course of action.
