Please note we are currently being overwhelmed with phone calls and messages so we will get back to you in a timely manner. However, and I sincerely apologise, but due to the severely overwhelming volume of phone calls and messages for windshield repair request, *I cannot take any more bookings for jobs for this month. Please contact us back in February if you have not been able to get your repair done by another service provider*

I am truly sorry, but I am only human, not a machine. If by next month you have not been able to get your windshield repaired by another company, you can reach out to me then.

I understand the urgency of getting your windshield repaired in light of these ridiculous raised traffic fines, but I can only do what I can do. I again apologise for the inconvenience and time taken to get to do your repair. Thank you.
