AEM Infinity 506 harness built, installed and tuned! Final result of our last installation of an AEM Performance Electronics Infinity 506 EMS on this Nissan C33 Laurel fitted with an RB25 DET. This install included *GTR35 Coils, *Injector Dynamics 1050cc injectors, *Bosch DBW Electronic Throttle together with a Nissan HR15 APP, complete concentric twisted milspec harness with bulkhead connector and much more! This engine bay was completely stripped of all OEM wiring and rewired using better materials for better longevity and reliability. Possibly the cleanest C33 you may see today!

PNP jumper harness done for Suzuki Jimny using a G13BB engine and now controlled by a Haltech Elite 550 ECU. After carefully concentric twisting each wire to allow flex without breakage or shorts and also creating service loops on each connector entry to prevent breakage or shorts on future repinning this harness is now ready to be plugged and played in this Suzuki Jimny

Completed concentric twisted milspec harness for a Nissan RB25 DET NEO using an AEM Performance Electronics series 2 infinity 506 ECM.

Finishing touches being done to our latest project. This features a Honda EG Hatch fitted with a turbo B series engine and MME sequential air paddle shifted gearbox all controlled by a Haltech R3 VCU and IC7 dash display. Stay tuned for dyno results.

After carefully and precisely concentric twisting each wire to complete each harness, before installation, we bench test all our built harnesses. This ensures precision, accuracy, confirmation and quality. Here we are using a Haltech Elite 750 to support a Nissan SR20 engine and Manual Transmission.Detailed oscilloscope trigger patterns are then generated to the ECU via our simulator. After the ECU recognizes and analyzes confirmed trigger and home patterns it should now output ignition and injector signals confirming electrical and electronic stability in our harness. After confirming these ignition spark and injector pulse events occur we now have the confidence to install this harness with guaranteed precise functionality when installed on engine.

Sr20 Harness completed for the Haltech 750 Elite ECU. After carefully concentric twisting the harness goes onto the bench tester to ensure accuracy and precision before installation on engine as you can see being done at the end of this video.
