The latest factory completed and put into operation in 2018 is located in the Rubber Industrial Park in Rayong, Thailand. The project used the latest ideas and technology in order to be the best of the tire industry. From the starting to the first tire off the line, It took only 8 months. The construction of this project had created a number of records in the industry. The Huayi Thailand factory has become one of the most advanced intelligent manufacturing plant.
The factory uses the most advanced production equipment and technology, for example, “RSATS”,“ASCWS”,“LT&OSMS”,“BA on-line” are all the newest system. All of these provide a high accuracy, improve product quality, and achieve high production efficiency. The uniformity,out-of-roundness and dynamic balance all perform well.
