High season 🙂 We are fully booked most days.
Please book ahead to avoid disappointment - You're more than welcome to walk in and see what we have available, but the chances are they’ll all be booked. (Thanks to the guy who left us a 1-star review because we had no bikes in store when he arrived without a booking. We don’t keep one spare just in case Joe Blow stops by unannounced 😂 First come, first serve.)
Also, please test-ride the bikes first. Please check our helmets first. Please read the contract carefully. We can’t stress this enough. We want to serve as many happy customers as possible, but if you don’t like the bike, don’t like the helmets, don’t like the price, or don’t agree to the terms and conditions, please do not rent. We beg you — please don’t rent if you are unhappy with any of these things. All of these things are available before you decide to rent. Only you can decide to rent or not. You will never hear our staff try to convince you to rent a bike; they are trained not to. They will show you the bikes, you can test-ride them, and you can decide for yourself. If you have checked everything and are happy with it, we will be more than happy to give you the best service possible.
And PLEASE ride carefully. We see way too many crashes and we hear the same excuses all the time: it was someone else’s fault, it was the road, it was the bike, or it was the brakes, or the tires. Somehow the same bike that was inspected and test-ridden — and often ridden hours away without any problems — suddenly becomes the reason someone crashed. We have heard this hundreds of times, and it’s simply not possible. Check the bike first, don't rent it if you feel unsafe, ride the bikes carefully, and keep in mind you are riding in Thailand!
