It’s been awhile but the army style bike just didn’t do it for me so rebuilding it in the style I like, inner end of guard cut off and bob tail shape worked out, one side of bob tail metal work tacked on (looks ugly at this point but need movement to panel beat to smoother shape) then weld and grinding, already have a color in mind and it will be bright.

Finally finished, had to many delays building this one a year and a half, next is trying to work out what I can do with the vespa, daughter was hit from behind by a car and the body of the bike is twisted, and apart from the rear wheel all the running gear is fine, have an idea using a Honda zoomer Z frame.

Well,,,, the engine mounts are the same width but body work is to low, will have to work out if I can get it up to the main frame tube and still have clearance for the chain over the swing arm pivot. Be a shame to have to use the original frame for this motor but it’s a option, ride day tomorrow so leave it for later and have a thing about it.

Both bikes stripped down, will pull the motor out of the wave and test fit in other bike once I go through the lighting ...
