"Everything you need, nothing more" มีเพียงสิ่งที่จำเป็น ไม่มีสิ่งใดเกินความจำเป็น นี่คือนิยามการออกแบบของ Monster มาตั้งแต่เริ่มต้น ตามคำพูดของ Miguel Ángel Galluzzi ผู้ออกแบบ Monster คันแรกที่เคยกล่าวไว้ว่า สิ่งที่รถคันหนึ่งต้องการมีเพียงเบาะนั่ง ถังน้ำมัน เครื่องยนต์ ล้อสองล้อ และแฮนด์เท่านั้น

แม้จะผ่านมากว่า 20 ปี จิตวิญญาณเดียวกันยังคงส่งต่อมาถึง Monster V2 ที่ใช้เครื่องยนต์ตระกูลเดียวกับ Panigale V2S เพียงแต่ปรับให้ใช้งานได้ง่ายขึ้น ไม่ว่ายุคจะเปลี่ยนไปแค่ไหน Ducati ยังเชื่อในสิ่งเดียวกันเสมอ นั่นคือการนำเทคโนโลยีจากสนามแข่งมาสู่รถที่ทุกคนขับขี่ได้จริงในชีวิตประจำวัน 🔴

"Everything you need, nothing more" this has been the Monster's design philosophy from the very beginning, in the words of Miguel Ángel Galluzzi, designer of the first Monster, who once said all a bike needs is a saddle, tank, engine, two wheels, and handlebars.

In 2006, a new Monster was born taking an engine straight from the 999 Superbike and fitting it into a Monster chassis, paired with Öhlins suspension and Brembo radial brakes on par with a superbike, reaching a top speed of 247 km/h. This was the Monster S4RS, the trusted ride of actor and traveler Phuri Hiranpruek, and the most powerful model in the first-generation Monster family one Ducati itself called "the highest expression of the first Monster generation," and which became a defining archetype of the naked bike world at the time.

More than 20 years on, that same spirit lives on in the Monster V2, powered by an engine from the same family as the Panigale V2S, tuned to be more accessible. No matter how times change, Ducati believes in one thing: bringing race-track technology to a bike everyone can ride every day. 🔴
