1988 yamaha tdr250 2 stroke.
Full nut and bolt restoration/ rebuild.
Engine rebuilt with all new parts including pistons, rings, bearing, seals, cylinders rebore. All old parts on the bike replaced with new oem quality or better. everything painted and powdercoated.Front and rear suspension full rebuilt and restored. Has new ignitech race ecu. Its like a brand new motorcycle.
Set up and run in on the dyno.
Almost certainly the best condition tdr250 in thailand.

Ducati multistrada 1200dvt enduro.
This is the ducati variable timing multistrada 1200 enduro. It was in for a full desmo service - valve clearance check and adjust, new timing belts, oil, coolant, brakes and anything else we found it needed.
We connected it to the computer for ecu fault check and resets including the service light reset.

The dvt system is a bit different to all other ducati engines when it comes to setting the cam timing.
The cam shafts and crank do not turn at the same ratio as previous engines so the pully marks are not really helpfull for timing setting.
Only one tdc can be used for timing set up so on the dvt model another special tool is used to index or line up the correct tdc on horizontal cylinder. Then the crank can be locked in place along with the camshafts and the timing belts can be fitted and tensioned.

this is a kawasaki zx25r we worked on for a great customer of ours.
He asked us to collect his brand new bike from the Kawasaki dealer, bring it to our workshop and run the engine in on the dyno so it was ready for him to ride it hard as soon as he got on it.
After the engine was run in, we changed the oil and added some intake modifications and exhaust as per customers wishes.
We powder coated footpegs and other parts in satin black.
We then put it back on the dyno to test the power.
Once you get the rpm up around the 15,000 mark these bikes really start to sing.
