. At X Rentals, we do not take your passport, only a photocopy to complete your contact paperwork. Instead, we ask for a small refundable deposit (2,000 baht) or the equivalent in another currency if that is more convenient for you. Every rental includes a free brake disc lock and 1-2 helmets. We offer free tune ups, tire checks, part adjustments or anything needed to make sure the bike is in perfect condition. Monthly rentals include free oil changes and bike cleaning and maintenance. If you require riding lessons, we will take you to a safe place to practice driving and will teach you how to ride your new bike until you feel comfortable to go out on your own. Delivery and collection services are available and free within 5 km of the shop location. All rentals include free roadside assistance within Surat Thani city. If you need a new battery we will come to you and switch it, pumped tires, replacement tubes, or any other unexpected issues that may arise, just call X and he will come to fix the problem for you. All motorbikes are legally owned by X and are insured by third party insurance and taxed each year. Every bike is less than 4 years old and in excellent working condition. Our bikes are serviced regularly at Honda and Yamaha with original parts and are well checked over every time they come to the shop. We have Thai and English speaking staff who provide great, honest customer service so please feel free to ask any questions you have. If you have a plan to rent, and require bike drop off, please make sure to have the following ready beforehand:
A photocopy of your passport (2 pages: Picture page and current visa)
Your driver's license. Rent money for desired rental contract period. Deposit money (2,000 baht)
