1️⃣ Step 1: Request for Quotation (RFQ)
The customer sends tyre sizes, quantity, brand preference, and shipping destination.

2️⃣ Step 2: Issuance of Proforma Invoice (PI)
Once the customer confirms the order list, we issue a Proforma Invoice containing:
Full company details
Customer details
Tyre specifications & quantities
Total FOB / CIF price
Bank account / payment details
Validity of the offer
Expected shipping date
This document serves as the official order confirmation.
3️⃣ Step 3: Customer Verification Documents

Export authorization
Warehouse photos & loading records
