Meet the OC NL Discovery Mission Participants 🌍
This October, we're excited to host the very first OC NL Discovery Mission, together with Heineken. Eleven entrepreneurs from across our network will travel to the Netherlands to explore the Dutch entrepreneurial ecosystem, expand their network and discover new business opportunities.
Today, we'd like to introduce Amadou Dieng from Orange Corners Senegal.
Amadou is the founder of Buur Logistics, a transport and logistics company based in Dakar, Senegal. Since 2020, Buur Logistics has grown into a profitable company generating more than €350,000 in annual turnover, with a team of nine professionals.
Buur Logistics provides freight transport, customs clearance support and supply chain coordination for businesses across Senegal and West Africa. The company helps bridge the gap between local transport networks and the standards international businesses expect, providing reliable, accountable on-the-ground logistics support.
Amadou would love to connect with people and organisations working in:
• Logistics and freight forwarding along the Europe–West Africa corridor, particularly companies connected to the ports of Rotterdam and Antwerp looking for a trusted local partner in Senegal.
• Logistics technology, including Dutch companies working on transport management systems, fleet tracking and route optimisation who are interested in piloting or adapting their solutions for West African markets.
• Dutch importers and exporters working with West Africa in sectors such as agri-food, consumer goods and construction materials who need a reliable partner for customs clearance, last-mile delivery and local logistics.
