BJ75 complete reconstruction/
We have completed the longest project in our workshop. More than 2 years.
It was not a classic restoration, but a global reconstruction.
The base was a rather rotten Bj75.
We replaced the frame from Hzj78, on which we changed the rear suspension. Now it has a fully spring suspension. Also installed shock absorbers and steering damper OME.
We left the axles original with diflocks, but replaced the actuators with air ones. We installed an air compressor and a large airtank.
The transmission is installed as a full time type with an interaxle diflock, an H150 gearbox and a 300mm clutch disc.
The HD-fte engine, after a complete overhaul, was installed from a Land Cruiser 100. We replaced the fuel pump with a mechanical one, but kept the rest from HD-FTE, including the intercooler.
All wiring including the instrument panel were installed from Kzj70. This has a 12 volt system and two batteries now. In addition, we installed a full power package for the doors, power mirrors, headlight washers, air conditioning, 2-din radio with a rear camera, LED lights, and 2 electric winches.
We also made both bumpers and power steps in our workshop. We installed 35 AT wheels. If necessary, it is possible to install 37 MT wheels.
We have a full photo album of the history of work on this car.
We are ready to sell this car if there is a decent offer.
