M282 1.3 Turbo | Singapore First EMS71 Unlock

This A180 W177 runs the M282 1.3-litre turbo engine, and this build marks a major milestone —
we are the first company in Singapore to successfully unlock the EMS71 ECU and carry out a full custom dyno tune on this platform.

No off-the-shelf files.
No remote tuning.
No compromises.

Dyno results (wheel figures):
Stock measures: ⚙️ 118 wheel HP, 199 Nm wheel torque
After Supertune: 🚀 154 wheel HP, 276 Nm wheel torque

We gained +36 wheel HP and +77 Nm wheel torque,
that’s +31% more power and +39% more torque — an exceptional result for a stock hardware M282 1.3T.

This tune was developed step-by-step on the dyno, with precise control over:
• Torque model and load calibration
• Ignition timing mapped to real knock limits
• Fueling and boost strategy refined per RPM

This A5 B9.5 is a perfect example of what happens when hardware, software, and dyno data come together properly. Upgraded with our Supertune G25-550 turbo, this build was fully custom-calibrated on the dyno — not a copied file, not a guess.
