You've heard it. That faint metallic tapping when the engine is cold. Then it gets louder. Then it never goes away.

Most riders ignore it. Some turn up the music. A few just hope it'll fix itself.

It won't.

This CBR150R came in with classic symptoms:
❌ Ticking noise from the top end – louder on cold starts
❌ Slight loss of power in the mid-range
❌ Engine feeling "tight" and unresponsive

What we found:
❌ Valve clearances had tightened up – robbing compression, causing noise
❌ Timing chain tensioner was at its limit – slack in the chain, rattling away

The Fix:
✔️ Valve clearance checked & adjusted – all four back to factory spec
✔️ New timing chain tensioner – fresh spring, proper tension
