• Handle all the administration and enquiries involved with the car rental or leasing projects
• Attend to customer enquiries on the availability of car, rental pricing and car leasing projects
• Take bookings and explaining the terms of rental or leasing agreements
• Complete all paper works with the customers and collect payment
• Identify bumps, scratches or special features on the rental car to customer when handing over the rental car
• Check mileage and inspect for damage when the rental cars are returned
• Provide ongoing service and sales support to our regular business leasing account
• Maintain proper record of documents and correspondence
• Prepare and submit all necessary reports and documents as requested by supervisor or Management
• Track and ensure the servicing of all rental car are timely
• Monitor and process all COE renewal and summons (if any) pertaining to the rental cars
• To be involved, support and provide assistance in all company’s event and functions • Required Skill(s): Driving Licence, Car Rental, Sales, Renewal of COE • Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Sales - Corporate or equivalent.
