Tropica Enterprise is a small (but growing) company founded in 2013, providing affordable, professional and high-quality car rental services. Founded and run by car enthusiasts, we do not claim to be the cheapest, nor to have the biggest fleet or the newest cars. However, we promise to provide cars which are clean and in great working condition. We are extremely particular about maintenance, spare

no expense to have our cars serviced at reputable workshops and in short, we will never rent out a car that we do not feel comfortable driving daily ourselves. Our cars are all properly converted and registered under LTA as private hire cars and have valid rental insurance. Cars only for local use, no Malaysia use due to insurance restrictions. Unless otherwise stated for certain performance models, minimum age 23, maximum age 65. P-plates who meet the age requirements are welcome. Minimum of 2 days on weekends (Friday - Sunday or Saturday - Monday).

We at Tropica Enterprise wish all friends and customers a happy Lunar New Year 2024! May this year be the best year yet for all of us, and may everyone enjoy prosperity, peace and good health! P.S. We have not updated in a long time, as day to day operations and other matters have been keeping us really busy. 2023 has been a wild year full of ups and downs for many. We hardly had time to catch our breath at times, and haven’t been posting or updating much at all. But we’re still around! Been a long time since we last posted, facing some PC and hardware issues. Will update more on our latest vehicles as soon as possible.

Reason for this post is that we just received an enquiry for a van for a specific date in mid-April, and the caller was unhappy that none were available. They accused us of misleading them with our SGCarMart ads, for listing something that's available when it isn't, and ordered us (yes, we use that word instead of "advised" due to the very commanding tone) to take down the ad when the vehicle was not available. We've had customers asking about this before, but all have been most understanding and reasonable thus far and accepted our explanations.

Kindly note that our online ads are only for reference. We only post ads of actual vehicles in our fleet, not generic images, but they might not be currently available. We have been trying to keep up with the ads and remove those that are no longer available, but it slips our mind sometimes, so we would appreciate any potential or existing customers' understanding. A listing stated as "available" on SGCarMart, for example, doesn't mean the vehicle is available on that very day, it just means the ad is active and open for enquiries. We need to keep all our ads online to maintain visibility in this highly competitive age.

Once again, thank you in advance for your understanding. We hope our explanation has shed some light on how our ads work. We would be happy to explain further or in more detail if necessary, do give us a call anytime.
