Not many bikes look good in yellow this is a perfect example of how it should look like 🤩.

At Stage Motorsport, we recently completed a full Desmodromic service on a Ducati 848 Evo, ensuring the engine performs exactly as it was engineered to. We also found the fixed and movable tensioner to be faulty and replaced it with original ones.
The owner upgraded the bike with new sliders front & rear with wheel sliders and replaced new original gear spring for improved shifting response and durability.

Electrical system reliability is critical on Ducati platforms, where precise voltage regulation ensures proper starting, ECU function, and overall performance.

This Ducati Streetfighter 848 was brought to Stage Motorsport with a no-start condition and a non-charging system. Through Ducati-specific electrical diagnostics, we identified a failed rectifier regulator and a depleted battery caused by improper charging output.

We replaced the rectifier with an original-spec unit and installed a new battery, restoring correct charging voltage and ensuring reliable starting and system stability.

Electrical faults on Ducati motorcycles require accurate diagnosis and model-specific expertise. At Stage Motorsport, Ducati service is a core specialization — from electrical diagnostics and charging systems to full engine and Desmo servicing. Cooling system integrity is critical on every Ducati — especially on performance-focused machines like the Ducati Hypermotard 950.

This Hypermotard 950 arrived at Stage Motorsport with an active coolant leak. Through Ducati-specific diagnostics, we identified failure of the thermostat switch and deterioration at the horizon joint water hose. Both components were replaced with correct-spec parts, followed by a complete coolant system flush to restore proper operating temperatures and ensure long-term reliability.

Ducati SuperSport 1000 — Desmo service completed 🔧🇮🇹

Work scope included valve clearance inspection, replacement of aged gaskets using genuine Ducati parts, and a full mechanical health check in line with OEM procedures.

Additional findings addressed:
• Worn front & rear brake pads → replaced with Brembo
• Used air filter → upgraded to Sprint filter
• Faulty fixed & movable belt tensioner bearings
• Worn timing shaft bearing

Performance upgrades chosen by the owner:
• Brembo RCS 16 Corsa Corta (clutch)
• Brembo RCS 19 Corsa Corta (front brake)
• Original Brembo reservoirs

A proper Desmo service is more than valve checks — it’s about addressing everything behind the covers.
