🇸🇬 HAPPY 61ST NATIONAL DAY, SINGAPORE! 🇸🇬

61 years of independence.
61 years of memories, progress and stories. ❤️

And at KGC Workshop, we are proud to have been part of Singapore’s automotive journey for almost as long.

🔧 KGC has been taking care of cars since 1967 — nearly six decades of keeping Singapore’s cars moving.

So for National Day this year, we thought there could be no better car to celebrate with than this little piece of Singapore automotive history. 🇸🇬💛

Say hello to this adorable BMW Isetta 300.

This little yellow beauty was first registered in Singapore in 1965, the very year Singapore became an independent nation.

Now 61 years old, the Isetta is still going strong and continues to come to KGC Workshop for regular servicing and maintenance.

🚗 A True Automotive Rarity at KGC Workshop

Not every day do you see one of these…

Today, we welcomed a Mitsuoka Himiko into our workshop for a complete air-conditioning system reconditioning.

With the brand no longer having an official dealership in Singapore, many owners worry about where to turn when major repairs are needed. Air-conditioning work on a Himiko isn’t as simple as replacing a few parts—it often requires extensive dismantling of the interior, including the dashboard, wiring harnesses, air ducts, and HVAC components.

At KGC Workshop, we have the experience, technical know-how, and confidence to take on jobs that many workshops would rather avoid.
