BIKE MODEL: Vespa GT 200

Customer has been feeling sluggish response while riding. His suspensions have also started to wear off. In addition, he has been experiencing werid thumping sounds when going over humps. While riding, his vespa sounds like it is extremely hollow. He also commented that his Vespa tends to switch off on its own when he’s idling. Customer also requested for some accessories.

We found that his belt, rollers and Uclips were extremely worn. His transmission/CVT was also in need of a deep clean to get rid of the grime and dirt that have accumulated over the months, causing clutch slip (vibrations). We also found that his ignition switch and indicator switch were both faulty. In addition, his exhaust gasket had broke.

WHAT WAS DONE:

- This is important in ensuring the integrity and lifespan of your CVT/transmission components.
- Helps to prevent clutch slip, which is the vibration that you may experience AFTER moving off.
- Recommended to do so every 5,000km.

(2) Fully Synthetic Engine Oil 10w40 (NILS Road/ENI)
- Both NILS and ENI are lubricant brands from Italy, the land of Vespas

(3) Transmission Fluid/Gear Oil (NILS)
- Lubricates your automatic gear box and gears.
- Missing your gear oil change may result in wearing off your gears faster than expected.
- Recommended to change your gear oil every alternative engine oil change.
